California Associate Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Mental Health Therapist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attuned psychotherapy to clients including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
• Work full-time, managing therapy sessions, supervision, and administrative tasks
• Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes while managing a caseload

Required Qualifications

• Active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
• At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist
• Associate license not in subsequent status and/or reaches subsequent status during employment
• Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus
• Strong clinical competency in trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
