California Associate Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Providing attuned psychotherapy remotely, the part-time California Associate Mental Health Therapist will manage a diverse caseload, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and develop assessments and treatment plans while receiving ongoing supervision and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan
• Manage caseload and ensure consistent client attendance and schedule maintenance
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health nurse practitioners on patient care

Required qualifications

• Active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
• At least 750 clinical hours remaining to complete
• A minimum of 6 months of experience providing outpatient mental health services, particularly to families and children
