California Associate Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support student mental health across California, the part-time Remote California Associate Mental Health Therapist will provide teletherapy services, collaborate with school counselors, and engage with families while receiving free supervision as they work toward licensure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to students in partnership with school districts
• Build trusted relationships with students and their families
• Collaborate with school counselors and other providers to support student mental health

Required qualifications

• Current associate licenses: ASW, APC, or AMFT
• Active pursuit of accruing hours for licensure
• Commitment to providing psychoeducation and guidance to parents/caregivers
• Willingness to participate in case consultations and ongoing training
• Desire to contribute to the development of clinical programs
