California Associate Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

Providing attuned psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, the part-time California Associate Mental Health Therapist will manage a caseload while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy across various age groups and family structures
• Manage client schedules, billing, and attendance to maintain an organized caseload
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and mental health professionals to develop assessments and treatment plans

Required qualifications

• Active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
• At least 750 clinical hours remaining to complete for licensure
• A minimum of 6 months of experience providing outpatient mental health services, particularly to families and children
