Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health practice, the part-time California Associate Therapist will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy services remotely while ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct and telehealth therapy services, including crisis intervention and psychotherapy
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and complete documentation within deadlines
- Collaborate with case management and administrative teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling from an accredited institution
- Current California license as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treating mental health consumers
- Proficiency in Google Suite and strong analytical skills
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Arabic is preferred
