Job Summary
Committed to providing thoughtful mental health care, the California Associate Therapist will work remotely on a flexible schedule while receiving supervision, professional development, and support as they manage their caseload and work toward licensure.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload, including schedule maintenance and client attendance tracking
- Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and participate in ongoing professional development
Required qualifications
- Enrollment in a master's or doctoral program in psychology, social work, or a related field
- Completion of relevant clinical training or internship hours
- Commitment to providing care to a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families
- Availability for evening and/or weekend sessions as needed
- Desire for ongoing supervision and professional growth in a supportive environment
