A company is looking for a Remote Employment Litigation Counsel (California-Barred | Remote Nationwide).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of employment litigation matters, including administrative charges and EPLI cases
• Develop and implement effective case strategies for optimal client outcomes
• Draft and review legal documents, conduct depositions, and represent clients at hearings and trials

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar
• 5-7 years of experience in employment litigation
• Proven experience in supervising others and handling employment matters directly
• Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment law matters
