Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal and state court litigation
• Prior experience with consumer protection and California Proposition 65 is preferred
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Able to thrive in a professional law firm setting
