A company is looking for a CA-Barred Senior Litigation Attorney to join a boutique law firm on a fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle federal and state court litigation matters
• File consumer protection lawsuits, including those under California Proposition 65
• Manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced legal environment

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in federal and state court litigation
• Prior consumer protection/Prop 65 experience is preferred
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to thrive in a professional law firm setting
