Job Summary
Supporting the administration of enrollment processing and client onboarding, the full-time California Benefits Coordinator will manage various client accounts, ensuring timely processing of benefits and providing excellent customer service in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee administration and enrollment functions for client accounts, ensuring effective processing of benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams to complete onboarding and renewal tasks, including document preparation and audits
- Provide general member support for clients, addressing inquiries related to benefits and claims
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma
- Two (2) or more years of related work experience
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
