Job Summary

Supporting the administration of enrollment processing and client onboarding, the full-time California Benefits Coordinator will manage various client accounts, ensuring timely processing of benefits and providing excellent customer service in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee administration and enrollment functions for client accounts, ensuring effective processing of benefits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to complete onboarding and renewal tasks, including document preparation and audits
  • Provide general member support for clients, addressing inquiries related to benefits and claims
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) or more years of related work experience
  • Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
