Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Representative (Tagalog/English or Mandarin/English).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, including scheduling and authorization processing
  • Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments
  • Provide customer service to participants, families, and providers, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center environment
  • Bilingual in English and either Mandarin or Tagalog required
  • Flexibility with work hours is necessary
  • Experience with organizational tasks in a service/support role
