California Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative in community health, the full-time California Bilingual Community Engagement Specialist will engage and enroll individuals with Serious Mental Illness, Substance Use Disorder, or high medical needs through various outreach methods, working primarily remotely with required weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, outreach, engage, and enroll eligible individuals into the program through virtual and in-person interactions
• Educate partners about Pair Team's services and link eligible members to the Enhanced Care Management program
• Manage the enrollment process effectively while meeting key metrics and maintaining communication with internal and external teams

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong communication skills
• 1+ year of experience in a metric or quota-driven environment
• Proven track record of exceeding performance indicators
• Strong technical skills and comfort with multiple technology platforms
• A valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
