California Bilingual Outreach Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Member Outreach Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact health plan members to inquire about their medical care
• Maintain attendance and performance standards during the 7-month assignment
• Utilize multiple systems while providing customer service support

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Bilingual in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin, Vietnamese, Russian, or Korean
• Strong Internet speed (minimum 100 Download and 10 Upload)
• Good tenure and attendance in previous positions
• Proficient in computer use and multitasking abilities
