California Budget Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Budget Analyst, FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities
• Support the planning, coordination, and preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Prepare, review, and distribute financial reporting, including analysis and data visualization

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience in finance or accounting
• Minimum of two (2) years of financial analysis, grant, project, and/or costing accounting experience
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) preferred
• Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
• Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning technology systems is preferred
