California Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Ad hoc Investigative Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requests for Medi-Cal claims data, including building queries and filtering data for secure delivery
• Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes to support client technological aspirations
• Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical personnel to define and communicate business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, including insurance, provider support, IT, and operations
• Knowledge of Google Data Analytics and Citrix
• Strong analytical and business process re-engineering skills
• Must reside in California
• Primarily remote work with occasional onsite meetings or training
