Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness and visibility of services for alcohol use disorder (AUD) treatment within the assigned territory
• Drive referral growth by engaging with a network of healthcare providers and treatment facilities
• Collaborate with the enrollment team to manage inbound inquiries and facilitate client transitions into the program

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, or related roles
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and referral processes
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus
• Passion for the mission of helping individuals overcome alcohol use disorder
