California Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Analyst to join their Network Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all membership activities related to PCP departures, retirements, and updates
• Drive completion of complex transitions and provide collaborative solutions for membership movement
• Develop training curriculum and onboarding documentation for team members regarding membership activities

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of healthcare experience, specifically in the Southern California managed care environment
• Knowledge of the managed care industry and regulatory environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Must be able to work full time (40 hours/week) with flexibility in shift schedules
