California CalAIM Programs Director

Job Summary

Leading the execution of ECM, Community Supports, and CHW programs across various geographies, the full-time Senior Director of CalAIM Programs will manage operational performance, team accountability, and workflow adherence in a remote setting while ensuring consistent care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of ECM, CS, and CHW programs, monitoring operational KPIs and resolving issues
• Directly manage team managers, setting clear performance expectations and ensuring accountability across teams
• Ensure adherence to defined workflows and provide feedback to improve operational consistency

Required qualifications

• Direct experience operating CalAIM programs (ECM and/or Community Supports) in California
• 10-12+ years of experience in healthcare operations focused on care delivery or population health
• 5+ years of experience managing multi-layered teams in a distributed environment
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end program execution, including performance management
• Strong familiarity with Medicaid populations and care coordination workflows
