California Case Intake Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time California Case Intake Consultant will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and referrals, converting them into complete orders for expert medical evaluations while managing physician relationships and ensuring accurate documentation in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather critical details and educate them on expert selection and service options
• Document referral information accurately in CRM and workflow tools, preparing cases for scheduling
• Recommend appropriate physicians based on client needs and maintain smooth collaboration with scheduling teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Background in healthcare, medical-legal services, claims, or related industry strongly preferred
• Experience working with insurance adjusters, attorneys, or medical professionals is preferred
• Working knowledge of the IME market and medical opinion products
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, phone-based client interactions with professionalism
