Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist to lead operations in cash collections and reconciliation for Home Health & Hospice agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Accountable for collection efforts and procedures, providing training and support to cash posters
• Maintain knowledge of payor contracts and government billing regulations, serving as a resource for agency personnel
• Review, research, and post various types of funds, preparing cash reports and resolving discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in healthcare billing and collections management, preferably in home health or hospice operations
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Demonstrated capability to manage detailed information accurately
• Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders
• Demonstrates flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities
