Job Summary

A company is looking for a Peer Support Specialist (Bilingual Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured wellness coaching, including care coordination and individualized care plans
• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments, identifying users at risk and facilitating referrals
• Moderate submitted content and maintain accurate records in compliance with policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• National Certified Peer Specialist
• Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist
• Minimum of 6 months experience in peer support services
• Current state certification with at least 40 hours of training
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
