Job Summary
To support participant care in a remote environment, the full-time California Certified Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate care between participants and providers, and perform various clerical duties to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedules and coordinates appointments with internal providers and external specialists while managing participant flow
- Acts as a liaison between participants, medical staff, and specialists, ensuring clear communication and care coordination
- Performs clerical duties such as greeting participants, maintaining medical records, and managing clinic supplies
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative or clerical experience, including data entry and customer service
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
