Job Summary

To support a growing team, the part-time California Certified Staff Appraiser will perform desktop and field appraisal assignments and quality control reviews, ensuring adherence to client-driven timelines and high-quality standards while working remotely from the San Jose area.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop and field appraisal reports according to client requirements
• Conduct quality control reviews on complex valuation reports and handle escalations
• Assist on valuation projects and troubleshoot complex quality control issues with field appraisers and lender clients

Required qualifications

• California Certified Residential or Certified General Appraiser designation
• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
• Experience appraising a broad range of property types typical of the coverage areas
• Sufficient computer skills to develop appraisal reports and communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products
