California CFO Position

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial strategy and operations across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy across various business units, including franchise units, hospitality assets, and commercial real estate
• Oversee the internal finance team and collaborate with the in-house accounting firm
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and implement scalable financial systems

Qualifications

• Proven experience overseeing finances for multi-entity, multi-unit organizations
• Franchise/QSR or hospitality finance experience is highly preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability in fast-paced environments
• Strong strategic thinking skills and experience advising ownership
• Title experience may include CFO, VP of Finance, or Senior Controller
