Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Recruiter to source, screen, hire, and retain qualified healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and facilitate candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring process
• Conduct phone interviews, schedule in-person interviews, and maintain communication with hiring managers
• Manage job advertisements and liaise with employment agencies and local resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 4 years of related recruiting and interviewing experience required
• Experience in Home Care and nurse recruitment preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Employment Laws on Federal/State level preferred
