Job Summary

- Address and resolve billing and membership-related concerns while coordinating with the Revenue Operations team
- Support providers with clinical and administrative tasks, including prior authorizations and medication management
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience in managing and coordinating appointments effectively
- Experience in handling patient escalations professionally
- Basic understanding of healthcare insurance and billing procedures
- Proven experience in a customer service or patient support role
