California Community Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Development Officer to manage and expand community development relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes a detailed CRA Community Development Plan focusing on market leadership and growth
• Engages employees in community development opportunities with nonprofit organizations
• Monitors and updates community development activities to ensure excellent relationship coverage

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in CRA Compliance, community development, or nonprofit relationship management
• Working knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and its requirements
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills
• University degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CRA community development programs is preferred
