California Community Health Worker Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Health Worker Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the performance of the Promotora de Salud (PdS) team
• Ensure timely documentation and implement quality assurance measures for PdS activities
• Coordinate community events and support team members in case management and referrals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the social services field
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
• 2+ years of experience as a CHW/PdS or in a similar role
• 2+ years of supervisory experience with frontline staff
• Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
