Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community Liaison to promote its mission by building relationships and increasing awareness of services across California.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen community image through outreach and education about the Self-Determination Program and Participant Directed Services
  • Connect individuals to Financial Management Services and collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery
  • Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders and gather feedback to improve services for participants
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work, Human Services, or Sociology preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education
  • 2+ years of experience in community engagement with diverse and underserved populations
  • Knowledge of developmental disability services in California
  • Ability to work independently and attend events on weekends and evenings
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
