Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time California Compliance Analyst will coordinate compliance matters, conduct risk assessments, and maintain audit programs while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations in the health care sector.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the development and renewal of state contracts, including writing revisions and submitting to the state
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation plans for compliance-related exposures
  • Maintain the compliance audit program and coordinate internal and external audits to identify gaps and implement corrective action plans
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of experience analyzing State and Federal laws and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations, including the False Claims Act as it relates to health care compliance
  • Experience with managed care health plan functions and contracting regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse stakeholders
