California Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting risk management and environmental health & safety compliance, the full-time California Compliance Coordinator will manage video evidence, respond to legal inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance auditing.

Key responsibilities

• Review and retain video footage to support legal matters and asset protection
• Coordinate responses to law enforcement inquiries and manage documentation for property damage and liability claims
• Assist with environmental health and safety compliance, including incident reporting and audits

Required qualifications

• Experience in EHS compliance, risk management, or asset protection
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
