Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compliance Manager - Licensing & Exam Management.
Key Responsibilities
- File and manage licensing documents including applications, renewals, and reporting
- Lead and manage regulatory examinations, including document compilation and scheduling
- Work cross-functionally to implement changes based on examination findings to ensure compliance
Required Qualifications
- Experience in licensing and/or in-house legal, risk, or compliance departments
- Experience with mortgage loan brokering licenses
- Familiarity with Company-level licensing in NMLS
- Proven track record of interaction with state and/or federal regulators
- Strong organizational skills
