California Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager to oversee state-managed care plans and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate resources for effective state managed care programs
• Monitor and track applicable laws and regulations for medical bill review and managed care
• Oversee the California MPN Coordinator team and manage provider fraud prevention efforts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Ten (10) years of significant business or industry experience
• Experience in research and interpretation of Workers' Compensation managed care plans
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
• Experience writing briefs and/or position papers
