California Contract Legal Data Specialist
Job Summary
To support critical risk management functions, the temporary Contract Legal Intake Data Quality Specialist will work remotely to ensure data integrity across conflict reviews and new business processes for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Review and validate the accuracy of incoming client and matter data, updating information as necessary
- Perform quality control checks on new business intake data and communicate with partners to gather missing information
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to address data integrity issues and implement necessary changes in client and matter data
Required qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in quality control, data management, or risk compliance within a legal or corporate environment
- Strong proficiency with data management tools, preferably including experience with InTapp or similar legal intake software
- Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies through root-cause analysis
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree and Paralegal Certificate preferred
