California Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Managing provider contracts across multiple medical groups in California, the full-time California Contract Specialist will draft agreements, negotiate terms, and ensure contract management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support provider contract execution and resolve complex inquiries
• Develop and improve contracting tools, resources, and policies while managing departmental communications and contract documentation
• Analyze data and facilitate discussions to identify and resolve operational issues related to provider contracts

Required qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Managed Care provider networks
• Basic financial analysis experience
• At least 2 years of contracting or physician relations experience in healthcare
