Job Summary

Seeking experienced Court-Certified Interpreters, the remote contract position will provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services for non-English speakers in California, focusing on legal matters and specialized topics.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver simultaneous and consecutive onsite and video remote interpretation for clients
• Review and understand necessary background documents prior to assignments
• Utilize virtual interpretation tools and equipment effectively during assignments

Required qualifications

• Court-certified in California or U.S. Federal Courts
• Full fluency in English and another language
• Two years of onsite/video remote simultaneous interpreting experience
• Trained or accredited through a higher education institution
• Minimum education: High School Diploma
