California CPA Senior Manager
Job Summary
To support high-growth companies with complex technical accounting needs, the full-time hybrid Technical & Transactional Accounting Senior Manager will lead engagements focused on audit facilitation, SEC reporting, and the implementation of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards while managing client relationships and guiding team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead execution on client engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and effective communication with client personnel
- Manage and train staff, delegating tasks to optimize team utilization and performance
- Identify opportunities for additional services and provide recommendations to enhance client business efficiency
Required qualifications
- BA/BBA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- U.S. CPA certification is mandatory
- 8+ years of related experience, including prior public accounting or consulting experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with IFRS standards
- Demonstrated team leadership skills and experience managing staff
