Job Summary

Leading a team of consultants and accountants, the full-time salaried California CPA Senior Manager will provide accounting and advisory services, develop client relationships, oversee project delivery, and contribute to the firm's strategic growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex projects related to accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and performance improvement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance on accounting standards and best practices
• Supervise, mentor, and coach a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
• Active CPA license is required
• Seven years of experience in public accounting or an accounting department, demonstrating progression in complexity and scope
• Minimum of five years' experience in a supervisory position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) is required
