California Credential Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the qualifications for teacher and service credential candidates, the full-time remote California Credential Analyst will evaluate student degree audits, provide guidance on credentialing requirements, and coordinate with various stakeholders to enhance the credentialing process.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and process student degree audits while providing detailed guidance on credentialing requirements
• Coordinate with the Advising Office and Enrollment Coaching Center to assist students with credentialing challenges and program selection
• Process student teaching applications and maintain communication with the Clinical team regarding student progress

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Prior training as a recommending agent by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) is preferred
• Experience with student teaching placement, accreditation, and credential processes is preferred
• High level of team experience and customer service
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
