Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPG Customer Service Representative (Contractor).

• Manage the entire order lifecycle from EDI order receipt to invoicing
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and maintain operational efficiency
• Provide regular updates on order statuses and troubleshoot logistics issues

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Planning in relevant industries
• Bachelor's degree
• In-depth understanding of CPG Sales Operations processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
