Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of 300-350 accounts, focusing on renewals, retention, and customer value
  • Execute a scaled engagement strategy using automated and targeted interactions based on customer segmentation
  • Deliver value through data-driven insights to prioritize outreach and reduce churn risk
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Sales
  • Experience managing a high-volume or scaled book of business preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to drive customer outcomes and retention
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, and Outreach is a plus
