California Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Restructuring department, the full-time Remote CA ONLY Data Analyst will monitor court websites, respond to creditor inquiries, and assist with preparing court submission materials while working remotely from El Segundo, CA.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor court websites for newly filed documents and update case dockets
• Respond to creditor inquiries regarding case status and claims via phone and email
• Assist with preparing claim and solicitation binders for court submission

Required qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
• One to two years of related office experience or relevant training preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate proprietary software and applications
• Solid attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
