• Maintain and influence Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for consistency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Experience with DMV operations within the automotive industry
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn various computer software
• Knowledge of automobile terminology and purchase and sale documentation
• Ability to efficiently work from a home office environment
