California Donor Relations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Relations Coordinator to support the development team in managing donor relations and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage a comprehensive donor relations program, including communications and stewardship activities
• Coordinate donor events and maintain accurate donor data and records
• Support donor lifecycle management and track engagement activities using CRM tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an Associate degree with 1 year of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience
• 2+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development operations
• Familiarity with donor management software and moves management processes
• Experience in event coordination and customer-facing roles
• Must reside in California and be at least 21 years of age
