Job Summary

To support a major benefits administration technology transition, the temporary full-time Employee Benefits Platform Project Specialist will manage the migration of client groups from Ease to Employee Navigator, ensuring accurate configuration and auditing of benefits administration platforms while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the transition and migration of client groups from Ease to Employee Navigator
• Build, configure, and audit employer groups within Employee Navigator, ensuring accuracy and compliance with California-specific benefit structures
• Document completed work and maintain organization within project timelines while troubleshooting issues during migration

Required qualifications

• 2-3+ years of hands-on backend benefits administration platform build and maintenance experience
• Demonstrated proficiency with both Ease and Employee Navigator
• Strong understanding of employee benefits administration, including enrollment, eligibility, and plan setup
• Familiarity with the California employee benefits marketplace and complex plan designs
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple groups and deadlines simultaneously
