Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the part-time Employee Benefits Sales Support Technician will provide administrative support to the EB Producer by processing employee benefits forms, reviewing benefit materials for accuracy, and ensuring compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the EB Producer
  • Review benefit materials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Identify discrepancies or potential issues and proactively recommend solutions
Required qualifications
  • Previous experience in employee benefits, insurance, or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with benefits or HR systems is a plus
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
