Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employee Relations Manager (Hybrid Flex).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and review employment-related documents
  • Administer and manage policy and contract interpretation and implementation
  • Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in employment-related matters
  • Knowledge of public sector laws, particularly in healthcare and higher education
  • Experience in conducting investigations of harassment and discrimination allegations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
