Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and review employment-related documents
- Administer and manage policy and contract interpretation and implementation
- Conduct investigations related to workplace issues and ensure compliance with policies and laws
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in employment-related matters
- Knowledge of public sector laws, particularly in healthcare and higher education
- Experience in conducting investigations of harassment and discrimination allegations
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
