Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Counsel - California Employment Attorney (Remote - CA).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused, practical support
• Provide training and guidance on California wage and hour issues and other employment law matters
• Manage and advise on EEOC claims and broader employment law issues across the West Coast

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) required
• 7 - 10 years of legal experience
• Proven expertise in providing employment law advice and managing litigation
• Direct experience with West Coast employment law required
• Active JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s)
