Key Responsibilities

• Advise on wage and hour compliance and handle employment-related inquiries
• Support HR Directors with employee relations matters, including investigations and performance management
• Assist in employment-related claims and litigation preparation, as well as policy updates

Required Qualifications

• Experience in California employment law
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR teams
• Proactive and pragmatic approach to legal issues
• Experience with both hourly and salaried employee matters
• Availability for a 4-6 month contract, 25-40 hours per week
