California Employment Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employment Counsel to join its fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative agency matters, demand letters, and single-plaintiff litigation
• Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and contribute to litigation strategy
• Manage casework in federal and state courts while collaborating with a remote team

Required Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school
• 5-7 years of employment law litigation experience (law firm background preferred)
• Active bar license in CA, MN, NV, WA, or CO
• Experience with EPLI matters is a plus
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
